Workshop on International Cooperation of Cluster Initiatives in the field of “Green Tech & Energy”

07.02.2013 Historisches Kaufhaus in Freiburg, MFG Baden-Württemberg, Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum and the Cluster Green City in Freiburg organize a workshop on the internationalisation of cluster initiatives in the field of “Green Technologies & Energy“ within the INTERREG project Alps4EU.

The objective of the workshop was to identify possibilities of trans-regional cooperation of cluster initiatives and to find a way for policy makers to support this process.
Cluster initiatives can play an important role in the support of trans-regional cooperation of SMEs. These possibilities will be elaborated during the workshop. One opportunity is the establishment of a Meta-Cluster in the field of “Green Technologies & Energy“. Meta-Clusters are small and effective networks of at least three cluster initiatives.
